Pokemon forum fights anybody?

It's simple, a user says what he/she does, then the other user has to say how many HP they lost (If the user attacked on his turn.) and the condition changes. careful though, this thread has rules also.

1. Do not put S.P.A.M. in this thread
2. Do not say you lost 0 HP, that is cheating.
3. It's okay to make up spells and moves, just make sure i don't catch bad words and offensive stuff. And no cheating...ever
4. It's also okay to make up items, but be careful, and do not make up an item that cheats.
5. Bad words are prohibited, censor bypass is allowed.
6. If i catch you cheating, the other user automatically wins.

I don't think this is quite subtantial enough for a game.
You could really do anything. The idea is fine, but I just don't trust the members to keep it clean and fun.
