Pokemon Frontier team help

Hi, this is my first time posting here and i hope i get my answer :). To get you introduced to my question; I'm playing the Random Pokemon Challenge and here's my team:

#88 - Grimer

#254 - Sceptile

#111 - Rhyhorn

#100 - Voltorb

#285 - Shroomish

#282 - Gardevoir

What I'm asking you is: Can you suggest me movepools/EV spread/nature for the pokes (yes I'm stuck with 4 NFE -.-) and keep in track that I can't use like 2x Substitute tutor and such. Btw I'm playing Emerald and can use all the remaining TM/Tutors. I'm a bit lazy and want you to choose the moves of my pokemon :P.

So, let me get this clear. You want to use this team for Battle Frontier? Cause thats what the title says. You can only use 3 pokemon in frontier.
