Rules
1.No Gameshark codes only for your frist pokemon if you can not get it from one of the 3 starter's
2.Most get your first team meber before The 1st gym.
3.Always update your poketeam and moves/lv/items ever few gyms and boss battle i will update every 1or2 gyms And yes am in the run
4.This is not a race just for fun
5.Have Fun The Run ends when you beat red
