pokemon gameplay on youtube ui thingy

hey, i'm pretty new here, well this is my first post.
i have a youtube channel, nothing promoting. i do a pokemon sapphire and mystery dungeon gameplay.
i'm wondering how the other big poketubers out there have a screen thingy at the bottom of their gameplay that shows their pokemon and the level,type,nature ect.

can anyone help me on finding out how to do it

That would be video editing, which you may be able to find out about in Technology and Media. That's nothing that's done with the game and it's all pure editing skills.
