    I'm going to layout it out flat. Is there any easy way how to get a custom title screen in your pokemon hack without cluttering your computer with a bunch of useless programs. I have a bunch of clutter and a memory of my broken hack since my last attempt. (Should have made copy's).
     
    I don't know where exactly this would fit in the ROM Hacking section, but if you ask Manipulation, that section's mod, he should be able to point you in the right direction.
