Ruby hack: Pokemon Hardcore Kaizo Ruby Version

Story:
A strange virus has come upon Hoenn that buffs the Pokemon and makes them over leveled. There is nothing that can stop this virus!

Features:
- This ROM was created using Pokemon Ruby Version USA v1.1 (Beta 1)
- Day and Night System (Beta 2 or 3)
- Only Fully-Evolved Pokemon can catch (Beta 1, some encounters are incorrect)
- Difficulty: You start with a level 98 starter for a reason (Beta 1)
- 1/4 of trainers have legendaries (I'm looking at you May) (Somewhat in Beta 1)
- Some Map Changes (Beta 3)
