Is there ever a Pokemon in the games you can't seem to find? Well say it here and Maybe someone will answer your question.

An example is that I'm having a hard time finging a Febas in Pokemon Sapphire dose annyone know where I can find one?

This truly doesn't belong here. If a person were having trouble finding a Pokemon they can ask how to find that Pokemon in the Simple Questions threads in the Ruby/Saphire and Emerald forum, the Fire Red/Leaf Green forum, or the Pokemon Console Game forum. Or if you are having difficulty in Metal/Color Gen. you can start a thread there. This is a nice idea, but is really not needed because as you have been shown we have lots of threads existing to help you.

Because you are having trouble catching Feebas, I will suggest you click the link in my sig that will take you to Ruby/Saphire and Emerald Simple Questions thread. There you can ask how to catch Feebas.
