This is my 3rd Comic so I've heard all of the comments:P
Story: This is to do with an evil organization that does all kinds of jobs Killing and stealing etc.
Now they're going to do a little job of their own.

Okay I thought Rachel was a girls name. But she looks like a man. How come you didn't give credit for the bases of your characters? One of your characters is a re-color. Having two legendaries seems cliched. But it's still to early on to give it a grade.

Alright he's in but he's on the good side so he won't be in the Comics as much his first appearance is in Comic 3 and Shatters character will be in Comic 3 aswell.

All jokes aside, why'd you take the small overworld people and place them on the big latios? Expecially with the overworld Latios as small as that. ANYONE HEAR OF CUSTOM SPRITING?
