Yes, in Ruby Zangoose appear just as much as Seviper appears in Sapphire and Emerald.Yep, you will find a lot of them, they are not even rare there…
That's because they aren't available in those games, meaning they won't appear in the respective region of those games. You can't see their area because they are unfindable. :)Plus whenever I look up Zangoose in my Sapphire or Emerald versions it says that it's in an unknown area or something like that.
