Pokemon Ice Crystal- Pokemon D/P Hack

Hello, I would just like to propose an idea. I would like to see a remake of Pokemon Crystal for the DS. I do not have the time nor the ability to do this (I guess I could learn) by myself. Would a D/P hack be possible, and how long would this take? Also, I have only recently gotten into making hacks, so please bear with me. Also, if anyone is looking to start a project, then here you have it.

Basically, the story and the characters are the same as the original Crystal version.

Note: This hack must be able to be played on a DS.

As of now, no, it is not possible.

Aww... I was going to try to start on it, and put it on a cartridge, but I guess not... Thanks anyways.
