2nd Gen pokemon infected?

    i have tis pokemon gold n silver with my gameboy color..i play quit far already...beat de elite four lots of time...at that time was trying to complete of seeing all 250 pokemons..i oni left 4 pokemons to see so dat i can complete my pokedex..i have a cool team of pokemon,all level 100,tyranitar,gengar,charizard,pikachu,articuno and fergalitar....but too sad,1 day when i was about to open my gameboy to press de 'CONTINUE' button,it says dat de file was infected....so was my brothers silver version....after dat,it stil emain unwork.... :( how could tis happen?
     
    um... maybe your game got too old?

    cheat?how did cheat mean?well,after check by de serviceman,dey said dat de battery in de pokemon gold n silver rom have finish....i am so sad since that as i put a lot of effort of training pokemon in dat game...so,i now as i got pokemon ruby sapphire n emreald i was so lazy to train them all again....
     
    I got my game infected after trading with a almost broken link cable, you and your brother probably traded with a cable that was not completely alright. Just start it over, no other choice, or you can just stop playing.
