Pokemon Layout Needed, willing to pay/do something

This is the future webby of Pokeleague.NET, and I am completely ready to open up my website, only thing is I need a great layout, since that is a major part of what attracts users =). I am willing to pay a tiny bit of cash, up to 10 bucks, but it needs to be aweing me for pay =D. I know some of you great layouters could use some cash/content/something on your request for a good layout for me =D.

Cause i was the one talking to Nil for you since you thought you were blocked..... I changed my PC name
