Pokemon Lazuli - The Tokai Region!

[Final Fantasy]

Hello! Welcome to the region of Tokai! In this lovely region, you will find many, rare Pokémon. But we need a new, strong trainer to combat the evil Team Genesis. Team Genesis, led by the evil luni, Ray, beleive that by using the Pokémon of destruction, Destesaur, they can recreate Tokai. However, Destesaur possesses them, and now they wish to destroy the whole of Tokai, and then proceed onto Johto, until soon dominating the whole of the Pokémon world. You must get Arceus, the 'god' of all Pokémon, to stop the tyrants from destroying Tokai.

Rules

1. Save sprites in a PNG format. If they are saved as anything else, they will be rejected.
2. Don't splice unless the original pokemon aren't noticable whatsoever.
3. Post plot additions in a playscript format.
4. Stay on topic! Some chat is allowed but keep it to a bare minimum.
5. All sprites must fit in a 64x64 pixel space, in order to keep up with GBA restrictions.
5a. Also, keep it within 16 different shades of colors! Any more and, once again, the ROM won't accept it, so we can't!


Fakémon

There will be 25 new species, which will be added to the existing species. There are 25 slots in the Pokédex free, in between Celebi and Treecko, so I'll use them to insert the new Pokémon. I'm just going to put the fakémon that I have thought of here, but bear in mind that there will be more.
