Hello and welcome to the Pokemon Gym League Champion Branch!
To become a Gym Leader scroll down to the Gym Section. Rubric for the Gym Leader thread can be seen here: (PLCB Rubric Thread)
In order to participate in the our Pokemon League, you must first fill out the required form below and contact the Gym Leader you wish to Battle. Him/Her will then put you on their Hold list. I will list the links to their Gym thread next to their name in the Challenge section.
Only 2 Legendaries are allowed on your team. This includes your substitutes, and you may only use the same 8 Pokemon to challenge the entire League, meaning once you have selected your Team, you may not change them at any point in time. *Note: Do not tell the gym leader your pokemon, only tell me as the Gym Leader should not look at this thread after He/She is appointed.
There are 12 Gyms. The elemental Gyms are Fire, Water, Grass, Electric, Psychic, Ice, Dragon, Dark. Then there are 4 Multi-Type Gyms, but they cannot use types that are listed here.
As of now, there is no Elite Four, but if we get more members then we will reconsider having one. You will fight these gyms in order. Click the link next to their name to go to their Gym thread. Once you have won all gyms, you will fight the Champion [Me]
To become a Gym Leader please fill out this form. I will check out your team and see if I like it. If I "do" like your team and battling style, you will become a Gym leader.
You should also follow the rules ahead that apply for all of the members. The only items you are allowed to use are Berries and Health Items (Leftovers, Shell Bell, etc.)
You cannot apply for a gym that has already been taken. Should atleast have 150 posts and an avatar to deem your worthiness to this site. If you don't your application will be rejected on the spot. Once you are a Gym leader, you should not cheat off this thread by looking at your opponents pokemon. You will also have to make a separate thread for you Gym in the Battle Tournaments section of the forum. I will post a Rubric for the thread in another thread (Look on top of thread). After that you will PM me the link and I will post it up next to your name and then you can start taking requests for battles.
Please take special notice that Gym Leaders have the authority to change their Gym Policies as they like. Gym Leaders also hold the right to refuse a challenge to anyone. Rude and Disrespectful comments will not be tolerated.
Some Gym Leaders also prefer their own methods of battle. For example:
