Pokemon Lore Collection Checkpoint

    I'm trying to gather all the lore crumbs from across the entire franchise and weave it into a web of useful information.
    If anyone could share any crumbs they noticed or found, via links or just sharing what you know, that would be amazing.
    Currently, I am looking for:
    • Pokemon that were in any media, or referenced in the games, yet do not exist anywhere in the games as obtainable pocket monsters.
    • Forms of energy, such as but not limited to: Aura, Dark aura, Shadow aura, Infinity Energy, Azoth, or anything that can be interpreted as energy. (Not counting electricity.)
    • Anything related to form changing. Such as: Bond Phenomenon, Mega Evolution, etc.
    Or any other crumb trail that is little known.
    I'm planning on building a PDF with as much information as possible.

    The fossil Pokemon of Galar are clearly not 100% of the Pokemon they used to be, as they get mixed and matched with other fossils to create hybrid Pokemon. There's no way to get the originals (at least not right now), so aside from fan art completing the upper/lower halves of the Pokemon, they are unobtainable and left to history in the Pokemon world.
     
    It is theorized that Pokerus was part of eternatus that came to the pokemon world on a wishing piece. It then is thought to have mutated into Deoxys.
