Pokemon Make Your Own Hack?

So, i thought of an idea of a ROM Hack, the other day. Of course, I don't know too much about hacking, so what if there was a ROM Hack where you play thru the entire story of either FireRed or Emerald, with a variety of tiles in each town, and could pick what would happen everywhere, so technically a ROM Hack that you are fully able to edit, and customize to your own likings. There could be many kinds of tiles, sprites, and items that you could choose to have in your game. I guess it could be like making a secret base in Pokemon Insurgence, where you can choose to place certain npcs, etc. This could be also be like the Pokemon Essentials Editor, but where you play thru the game with many options, and when you get to the elite four, its the end of the game/editor, where now the ROM is changed to the options you picked throughout the storyline. This is just an idea however, and if you are very skilled in ROM Hacking, please consider making this, if not, then just spread the idea so even people who don't understand it can enjoy having a custom Pokemon game.
