u know inside on the far right corroidor there is a maid blocking the door and she says u can come in here or the boss will have her head or something

Is there anyway u can get her to move ????

No, there isn't. Her dialogue is just a little bit of humour.

The western and eastern exits of the mansion are blocked by the maids. Neither of these doorways are functional, and only serve as decoration, as players with Action replay have proven.
