Pokemon mystery dungeon: can enimies use orbs?

    I was just wondering, if they can how do they use it without another pokemon using it? And do they not use some orbs like transfer? I was wondering because I faintly remember THE keclion use a decoy orb on me.
     
    I have no idea, honestly. But please ask these questions in the simple Q&A thread.
