Pokemon Neptune

Hey, I'm kind of new to pokemon hacking, and I came up with this Idea. I did a bit of Fire Emblem hacking but now I want to make a pokemon game. I have started a pokedex, but I can't make them on the computer at all I can do is make very simple pencil sketches. Thats about all I have, I know it's nothing in the world of hacking, but I have great Ideas.
