(This is a list of all participating RPers and their characters, including my own. This should help you understand your allies and enemies. None of these sides have yet formally been introduced to each other, yet, and are only familiar with people of their own nation/faction. However, the Gold Tribe has their suspicion that the Order of Alcantus has some connection with another Order they once fought…The Order of Alcantus are fully aware of who the Gold Tribe are, however.)
INTRO
Welcome to the Pokemon Odyssey 2: The Dark Tournament!
The story begins in the Region of Argos, where the Dark Tournament is being held. Contenders from distant lands all across the worlds come to participate in the Tournament, a contest of myths and shadows. In total, their numbers now dwell just above 500. They arrive in the port city of Abel. Abel rests on right next to the sea, and is the largest port city in all of Argos, in fact, probably anywhere. Here there lies residential areas, shops, dojos for training as well as any other pleasures that could be found. Notable as well is a giant spike-like pillar called the Spire that seems to extend never endless into the sky, beyond the clouds. It is one of the truly interesting sights to behold in Abel.
It is here that you make your Intro post. Every nation/faction is different, so pay attention.
Gold Tribe
A handful of Gold Tribe members set off from the Alpha Alliance by sea. The journey has taken two weeks before they finally arrive in the Region of Argos to participate in the Dark Tournament from the west. The new and mysterious land is an enigma to them, as they have never traveled here before. In you post, you can detail, if you wish, the two week journey to Abel, your opinions of the other Gold Tribe members (some you may have known for a while, others you may have only just met), as well as any thoughts you might have on Argos and the Dark Tournament. Besides that, follow my character, Kent Reed, as the Gold Tribe makes its way into Abel and toward the giant spike, where the opening ceremony is said to be held. You may post as little or as much as you like. Remember that the Gold Tribe members refer to each other by their title more than their names.
Kingdom of Tollen
The envoys of the Kingdom of Tollen arrive by caravans from the East, where Tollen Resides. Their mission is victory in the Tournament in order to use the Ultimate Power to cure the mysterious illness held by their King Reylas. In your post, (again, you don't have to include everything I say) you may detail you journey to the mysterious new land of Argos, as well as your opinions and relationships with the other characters from Tollen, as those are the ones currently with you. You should follow the group from the Kingdom of Tollen as they make their way through the city toward the large spike center, the Spire, where the opening ceremony of the Dark Tournament is being held.
Region of Argos
The participants of the country Argos have been in the port city of Abel for a few days now, as they were participating in the try-outs for the Tournament. You are the few who have made it. You aren't in awe and wonder about the city and it's surroundings, because you live in the region and most likely have seen it already, but you may (or may not) be interested in the other contenders that have arrived from a handful of other mysterious lands you have never heard of. When you're ready, you may make your way (by yourself) towards the Spire, where the Tournament opening ceremony is being held.
Order of Alcantus
As members of the Order, you travel with your three leaders, Hydra the Hydreigon, Regigigas, and another Pokemon in a hood, simple called, Zion, and will make your way to Abel from the South upon your massive Pokemon who carry you there. This is a recently formed group, and not many have heard of you, although there are many suspicions. Still, it is surprising that whoever invited you to the Tournament already knew you were a powerful group. You will make your way to the giant spike called the Spire, where the opening ceremony is being held. You may make your intro post as long as you wish, detailing anything you want about your journey, including the trip from your lands, your opinion of the other characters/members of the Order, and the city of Abel once you arrive there.

(As a way to help you guys understand which posts you should read, I am highlighting my posts with the nation on top of them. You are, of course, still welcome to read all of the posts. This is just to help you).
Gold Tribe
The ship slowed down as it made it's way to a stop upon the docks of a new, mysterious land called Argos. The ship was embroidered with gold on the side, and the sails were of a fine golden color. Many are often in awe at the beauty of such a vessel. On the top sailed two flags, flying high in the ocean breeze. To the people of Argos, and to most of the other nations who arrived, they had no clue who were on this grand vessel.
But where they come from, they are very well known. The first flag was the symbol of the Alpha Alliance, the nation the passengers of this ship are apart of, and sworn to protect. The second flag is the flag of the Gold Tribe, the name given to the elite protectors. Through the centuries, the Gold Tribe has kept the peace in the Alpha Alliance as their watchful protectors, their knights, you can say. Now, they come again to the land of Argos, to ensure it's continued protection.
The leader of the Gold Tribe, Kent Reed, known to his members as "Kaiser", the title he took when he was sworn in by his deceased father and former leader of the Gold Tribe, the "Champion" Wallace Reed. Kent stood next to the front of the ship, as he observed with a bit of curiosity this new land called Argos. He knew nothing about it, and even though he wasn't here to explore it, he was still quite excited about it.
When the invitations came to participate in the Dark Tournament, he was only allow to bring a handful of his members, yet the Tournament was said to contain over 500 participants, all strong, all deadly. Kent knew this wouldn't be easy. He wondered briefly why the Tournament would refer to itself as "Dark" in the first place. He gathered it must have gotten that from reputation. In other words, he knew from the start it would be dangerous. The Gold Tribe members that he brought along with him were risking more than their pride, they were also risking their lives.
Kent looked back at the ship, and observed his other Gold Tribe members. There were six of them in total. The first was Ambrosia Dusklore, known as the "Tactician". Kent knew the last name well. Her father, Burstborn, had help Kent defeat the Order of Neoverse two years ago when the Alpha Alliance was in crisis. He had heard she had some sort of birth defect, where she ages extremely fast. Nevertheless, he had heard great things about her from his father.
The second member was Toro Blaze, known as "Bellator". He was a fairly new member to the Gold Tribe, and hadn't heard much about him, other than he has lost his family to the Order of Neoverse, like so many before him. Still, Kent trusted him. It must have been his instincts. They both came from a Zangoose line, after all.
The third member was Genko, known as "Spirit", another new member. Besides his birth defect, he couldn't pinpoint much that he knew about him. Still, he was sure he would learn what he needed to as time passed.
The fourth member was the one he was most familiar with, and a good friend he had met two years ago, Silver, known as "Vesica Argentum". He had fought alongside him two years ago when they defeated the Order of Neoverse. Kent wasn't sure what he had been up to for the past two years, but he was glad to see him again.
The fifth member was a Ditto named Replicus Decendas. He was a tricky one, able to transform into anyone by memory, and his memory was very good. It was a very useful ability to have.
The last member was a Toxicroak by the title of Stingfist. He had made his way to the Gold Tribe through the academy that had opened up two years ago. He had heard he was mentored by Stormseeker, another member who had helped him defeat the Order two years ago. He heard they had a falling out, though, but he was knew he could still rely on him.
Kent looked over all of the one more time, nodding to them and heard as one of the Pokemon sailors shouted.
"Anchor in, land approached!" They had arrived in the port city of Abel.
The very first thing Kent notice was an enormous spike standing in the center of the city, seeming to extend into the sky. The city itself was busy with people.
Kent jumped off the ship, followed by the others. He looked around the city and it's citizens. Many of them were looking over the Gold Tribe and their ship, probably not used to their kind of tourists. Kent looked back at his Gold Tribe members and spoke.
"Gold Tribe, the invitation said to make our way toward the giant spike know here as the Spire. That's where the opening ceremony will be held. Let's get moving."
He turned around and walked forward. Kent wasn't sure what awaited them, but he was sure, he would be able to handle it. The Gold Tribe were used to fighting. It's what they did.
Kingdom of Tollen
Zachary Orthanius heard as the caravans halted at the gates of the city by the name of Abel. He opened the cloth and saw the city for the first time. It was a large city, with a giant port. From there, he could see as dozens of ships were making port. If he had to guess, it was other participants. Then he noticed a giant spike sticking out from the center of the city. That's where they were going.
Zachary climbed out of the caravan along with the others.
"The caravan should probably turn back from here. We can walk the rest of the way."
He said to the rest of the emissaries from Tollen. They had traveled from their beloved land to participate in the Dark Tournament with the hopes of using the Ultimate Power to cure a sickness that plagued their King, Reylas. Zachary would do whatever he could to protect his, even die in this Tournament if he had to. He knew the others would feel the same way.
Among them included the Lorenzo Aria, who, although Zachary thought a bit inexperienced and a tad unknown, was beckoned to come by the King himself. He would, of course, bow to the will of the king. He was sure Lorenzo would do whatever he could to help in the quest for the power.
Shiro Jinkio was another among them. He had come from one of the noble houses of Tollen, so Zachary would be sure to show Shiro with the respect he deserves.
Nova was another with them. Young, yes, but the Prince of Tollen had specifically asked her to come along with them. Zachary was not someone who would insult based on appearance, as he believed anyone who fit the strength and courage could do anything, if they were up to the task. Still, he did often have a bit of intrigue about her strange appearance, which was, basically of a dark colored Espeon.
The last of them was by far the most known to Zachary. It was the Duchess of Tollen, Caitlyn Charporé. Some might question her abilities, but no one ever questioned her dedication. She was, after all, from a noble family as well, and one of the most respected individuals from Tollen. However, Zachary had not known her to be the fighting type. Still, if she was here, she was here with purpose.
Zachary stretched his wings out once more before folding them in, and proceeded towards the Spire by foot. As he saw it, this wasn't the best of places to attract attention.
Region of Argos
Four Machamp had finally contained a drunk Hariyama and threw him out of the bar known as the "Happy-Go-Lucky", a favorite among the locals. The Haryiama had been causing all sorts of trouble for a while, and he was getting out of hand. Eventually, they managed to subdue him, and the bar returned to it's normal self again.
From the corner of the bar, a Lucario by the name of Derrick Onkai sat and enjoyed his drink. The actual hassle with the Hariyama had been his initiation. He had exchange drinks with the Hariyama in order to make him drunk faster, replacing his simple drink with one of the most potent in the bar, and the watched as he went ballistic. The reason for this was simple.
Before the Dark Tournament would start, that Hariyama was his last target.
Derrick sighed and walked out of the door, and saw as the drunken Hariyama struggled to get up. He offered him a hand up. The Hariyama looked at him and smiled, unable to get his words totally clear.
"Gee...hic...thanks stranger..hic.." But before he knew it, the Lucario took his hand, and used his other to pummel the Hariyama with a Close Combat. The Hariyama screamed in pain, but was too hammered to be able to fight back. Very soon, he was knocked out. Derrick got a rope out of his bag, and tied it around the Hariyama's neck, and began dragging him. He walked across town, many of the Pokemon around staring at the Lucario who dragged the downed Pokemon by the neck with rope.
But no one said anything to him. They knew who he was, and they didn't want anything to do with him. That was better this way.
He had finally stopped at a building, and walked inside. It was the local jail and guard building. He dumped the body in the front gate, and walked to a Machoke, who was an officer there. The Machoke looked at the Hariyama and then at the Lucario, recognizing him right away. He spoke to him.
"I hadn't realize you were in these parts, Derrick. Here for the Tournament?"
Derrick didn't reply. The Machoke shrugged and handed him a bag of gold, which he took right away, and dumped it all out and began counting right in front of the Machoke.
"You don't have to count, it's all there!" The Machoke said. The Lucario ignored him, as he finished counting and filled the bag again with gold.
He had to make sure. He didn't trust anyone.
Derrick proceeded out of the building. He turned towards the direction of the Spire. He sighed, as he proceeded there, silently saying goodbye to his mercenary career for now. He had a tournament to win.
Order of Alcantus
Regigigas and the Order of Alcantus arrived in the Region of Argos, at the outskirts of the city known as Abel. They had never yet been here before, but that hardly mattered. Once the Ultimate Power was theirs, this would be just another name in the conquered cities of the Order of Alcantus. He halted the force that came with them. Regigigas spoke.
"We're at the city." He looked at the other Order members that traveled with them, Leader Hydra, a Gengar known as Azar Polterus, and a Roselia named Alvah Cavan.
"Hydra, you should lead the others into the city and towards the Spire to participate in the opening ceremonies. It...would be better if I wouldn't be there, might attract too much attention." He said, speaking in his loud, booming voice. The third leader of the Order, Zion, spoke next from behind his cloak.
"I'll go with you as well."
Regigigas nodded. "Very well, show them the might of the Order."
Regigigas took one look at them before they departed. Hydra had been a Commander of the Order of Neoverse, and one of the few who had survived to the very end. He is one of the three leaders of the Order.
Not much was known to Regigigas about Azar and Alvah, other than their fighting capabilities. That was enough.
Zion was a mystery to Regigigas. He didn't know who he was, he just knew that he had helped reorganize all of the survivors of the Order of Neoverse. He had also helped Regigigas track down Hydra, and convince him to join the Order of Alcantus.
Whoever he was, Regigigas cared not. The only thing he cared about was winning the Tournament, and getting the Ultimate Power. Then, they could get their revenge on the Gold Tribe, and after that, they can conquer not just the Alpha Alliance, but all of the other nations as well.
