Hey everyone! I have a question and I hope you guys could help me. Is it possible to evolve a pokemon by trade playing in the R4 card? (I'm playing pokemon platinum on 3ds)

Yes, if you have a second R4/copy of the game and a second DS/3DS system you should be able to evolve by trade without any problems
