FireRed hack: Pokemon Primordials [Currently in Development]

    Story:

    You take off in the Zion Region, where a brand new adventure awaits you. You have the choice of 9 starters Beldum (Regenerator), Dratini (Multiscale), Larvitar (Iron Barbs) Bagon (Aerilate), Gible (Rough Skin), Deino (Prankster), Goomy (Gooey), Jangmo-o (Iron Fists), and Dreepy (Technician), all of which evolve at earlier levels and have updated move sets. A dark entity has spread across the land, as the local professor has informed you over the years. The last protector of the region vanished right around the time you were born. You must traverse the lands, collecting your badges and taking on the Pokémon League to become the next protector of Zion. You must uncover the mystery of the dark forces at play and save the man who has vanished from the world.

    The images are directly from Hex Maniac Advance and not from in-game; therefore, you can see my script event, which doesn't show up in-game
    Maps are not shown in order of progression

    Progress:
    So far, I have mapped out to the 3rd gym and programmed various script events detailing a story to the player.
    This story introduces new characters, rivals, protagonists, and antagonists. The Script event plays various cutscenes as well as triggers flags, allowing the player to progress.
    I have spent over a month working 8 hours each day, weekends and all, to create this game coding. I suspect it will take me two more months to reach the alpha stage, where this ROM will be open to the community for playtesting.

    My name is Mr.Mass. I have been playing Pokémon for 20 years and have been nuzlocking for 3. I went to University for digital art and computer science, so my skills and knowledge are perfect for making games like this. My Goal with this ROM is to create something for the community to be passionate about and enjoy playing, much like Unbound, Radical Red, or Run and Bun. I will not monetize on this game or accept any donations. I am not doing this for publicity; in fact, I'd rather stay in the shadows as a simple Rom developer. I only want to spread joy through the art, and I just so happen to be at a point in my life where I actually have the time to complete this project. Your support and positive feedback mean everything. Sharing this thread with your friends and fellow poke community members is appreciated.
