    I was constantly looking for a rom like this so I finally made one. Took the Blue rom and added all Pokemon, so full Pokedex completion without trading is possible. Some alterations to the map. No need to travel thru Mount Moon, or Rock Tunnel. Able to avoid some grassy areas and trainers. Testing now and will be uploaded within days.
