I've read, and know that after you obtain a certain amount of Pokemon Hayley gives you a Phione and a Mew, along with other Pokemon. This may be a stupid question, but are they Pokemon I have to trade for? Or are they Pokemon she'll just hand over to me?

I've read, and know that after you obtain a certain amount of Pokemon Hayley gives you a Phione and a Mew, along with other Pokemon. This may be a stupid question, but are they Pokemon I have to trade for? Or are they Pokemon she'll just hand over to me?

All of the available Hayley Pokemon are ones that need to be traded for, yes. However, Phione and Mew are special in that their trade requirements are set in stone, the former always traded for a Leafeon and the latter always traded for an egg.
