True, but since I was VERY insecure at the time I defended myself to the extreme that I didn't like it at all. I'd "make fun" of it. ?_? *SIGH* She knew I had Pok?mon CDs, too, and somehow found it particularly amusing and told her friend. I found out when her friend so nicely asked me if I had Pok?mon CDs and started laughing. It's a wonderful secret life I lead, isn't it? ^^;;
I'm more open to saying I love anime now, but I still don't admit to liking Pok?mon to friends -- well, none of them have asked, but if they do, I just might admit it this time! Now that I spilled out my whole life story...I feel like an oddball...heh. Thanks for caring to anyone who read all of this...^^;

actually, yes...just today XD
I was in art class, and our new assignment is to draw an animal with a pattern on it and repeat the pattern in the background. My friend made a comment like, "Why draw a real animal? Pok?mon are easier to draw." The surrounding people took it as a joke, being the pok?phobes they are, and after a while he asked me (I think he really was serious) if there was a tiger-based pok?mon. I was like, "Do I look like someone who knows about pok?mon?" and he replied like,"yeah, you just have that aura around you." I eventually confessed, but with my voice sounding as sacastic as it normally sounds, people thought I was joking...It was pretty funny; you just had to be there...
