[Manga] "Pokemon ReBurst" discussion

    Can anyone explain to me the concept of the short-lived shounen manga called "Pokemon RéBurst" (2011)? Which Pokemon were given the Burst technique in the manga's lifespan? Was the concept in itself popular enough to be made into an anime adaptation (or not)? If so, why not?
