Pokemon Red and Blue were the only version with non-legendaries Pokemon's on the covers
Do you think they should stay with legendaries or come back with non-legendaries?

Yellow was with Pikachu ;)
Well... it has a reason ya know... in original 151 only 2 main legendaries were announced and only one was catchable... so even if creators would want, they couldn't have done it.
But I like the legendary covers so I hope games's covers will continue this way
