Don't you it's time that japan should release a Pokemon game that has all the regions in it. Like, you start in Kanto and then advance to Johto, and finally end in hoenn. What do you guys think? :nervous:

    yep

well of course it should be for computer and gamecube , gameboy(heck yes!) after you conquer kanto move to orange islands then jhoto, then hoenn etc..yah that would rock like base it sort of on the series:)

EDIT: welcome to PC too:) theres like alot to do here just look at all the main forums0_o like 20 lol:)

Datriot just said he wanted it on the Gamecube, which I think would be smarter than the Gameboy. There is no surprise?

I think it would be very hard to train pokemons, they would be in like in level 100 at the end of jotho.

But you would train your pokemon in Kanto to be high leveled, so I don't see what the problem is. And I think they'd make the pokemon in Kanto, Johto and Hoenn around the same levels.

And is that so bad? You start out in some new region that is relatively easy. Then you beat that regions E4 and move onto the other regions that are stronger.

Should they make a multi-region game, each region should have its own E4 along with multiple rivals that you encounter throughout the game.

Yesh...it should be on the GCN or NGeneration. A 3D RPG that doesn't involve that dull darkness Pokrmon junk. <3 It'd also give the RPG a chance to have FMVs like FF games, assuming it has a decent storyline.

Night and day must return. And if it will be on the GCN/NG, a dawn/sunset would work also. An actual cycle of the sun. <3

And pretty much everything past the part about the multi-region E4 didn't have anything to do with the topic...meh. >_>

Not a bad idea. I am not sure if it would work. Probably by the time you completed Kanto/Johto your Pokemon would be a really high levels. Then this would cause all the trainers in Hoenn to be at really high levels. I personally did not like the way Johto jumped to Kanto in G/S/C, but the technology and creativity has grown since G/S/C was brand new.

Well,What if the gaining level grew? Like instead of reaching up to Lv100,You can reach up to Lv200. :rambo:

this may be drifting off-topic just a bit, but wouldn't it be cool if there was an entire pokemon compilation game for the GC?

'what do you mean by that?' you ask?

well, it's a simple concept, really. put all of the pokemon game boy games on one GC disc.

R/B/Y, G/S/C, R/S/E, and FR/LG-- all on one disc. imagine that! and, the game would allow you to trade between each and every version!

i wish nintendo would do that. but they probably never will.

There is one solution, but I don't think anyone's realized that yet. If you're going to combine the regions, the solution would be to lower the amount of trainers and the level of the Gym Leader's Pokemon, just like they did in GSC. By the End of Johto, you'd be about level 60. This is really the only way you'd keep the levels down. Either that, or increase the amount of experience required by 50 (1,500,000 to reach Lv. 100 for moderately slow Pokemon) to 150% (2,500,000 for Lv. 100).

That's one way. Another way is that maybe they shouldn't put levels Like no more going from Lv1 to Lv100. I wonder how much this change can affect the game? :surprised

why i think game freak/nintendo has never combined all regions into one game.

I think that the makers of pokemon game has at one time asked themself "WHY DONT WE COMBINE ALL THE EXISTING REGIONS INTO ONE GAME!?" well to me the reasons why they havent dont so is...

Because simple in an RPG game like Pokemon there is really only one main objective... and that is beat the E4 and fill your pokedex. Now if game freak did make a game with all the regions then the game would get COMPLETELY REPETATIVE after you gone thru about 40% of the game. And therefore gets boring and boring, Not to mention That a game so big would be difficult to produced using the standard GBA catridge. If you guys havent notcie GBA has no other means of saving games but on it own cartridge. With a pokemon game that has all the regions, pokemons, trainers and etc. Would take alot of space to save your game. And also making a pokemon game with all regions means they have to ADD more pokemon. MORE DATA!!! to be stored. (unles... they make an over-sized catridge... :\ )

On the other hand the reasons why game freak actually never released one pokemon game with your the regions is *AHEM* business wise! =) yep. Think about it. always releasing two versions of each series means they have a 2X rate of sales. Releasing each version with new pokemons forcing the PKMN fans to always buy the new PKMN games in order to fill the pokedex. (therefore from PKMN RED/BLUE/YELLOW all the way to LG/FR) the pokemon series remains ever popular why? cause each version they releasing contains a new region. =). And each version somewhat promotes another POKEMON franchise. Example: LG/FR's mysticticket/auroraticke which can only be obtain buy visiting there HOTSPOT.

And finally i think one of the major reasons why game freak never made a pkmn game with all its regions is because it keeps all PKMN game alive. over the pass years with each new version release. In order for you to complete your pokedex you are forced to go back to your order versions to obtain those pokemon you cant get in the newer version. Therefore all the pokemon version despite it's age and popularity will always be revisited. And so the pokemon phonemoen continues....(386... you think they would be out of ideas by 252 =_+")

    hey hey Evi1Be3,

nice argument and all, but why would you put all the games on a GBA cartridge?! that's what a GameCube disk is for. jeez, it'd be next to impossible to put on a GBA cartridge.

HEYYYY!!! how about making it a PC game?!!! i'd waste my time on that! seriously. i wanna catch 'em all without any trading. that'd be cool.

I can see no reason why they cant make PC games, I just doubt they will.

I think they should put all the regions in one game, and add a new one, so thats four elite four's (bear with me here :p) so that means there are four champions right? so then after you beat the fourth elite four you face the four champions. If it was up to me I would make the levels go up to at least 200, but obviously reduce the amount of EXP you need (only by a bit.)

Tee-hee-hee! Tch, I say they'z should release a game with all 4 regions(Kanto, Johto, Hoenn + new upcoming region in D/P) on tha NDS. XD

I made a post about something like that somewhere here........
