Pokemon Riddle Mania!

Okay, what this is:

Basically I give four lines of a riddle describing what pokemon I am. If you guess it right, you get to create your own riddle.

I will start with and easy, medium, hard, and master

Easy
For me, the sky's the limit
The light shines off me as a rainbow
The ancient People thought I was a god
One of the first a special boy saw

Medium
I was thought of as a deity
I was odd among my three
My predecesor loves a special stone
My fiery rage makes my bark better than my bite.

Hard
You may think of me as worthless
A disgrace of Pokemon
But you cherish one close to me
Just a small difference between us

Master
I am owned by a main character
I am small compared to another
I am cared for in a lab
I evolved in care of my trainer
