There are shadow pokemon now over the region of Pyrre, they've been shipped over by the S.S. Cancer from Orre, but the people have been shipped from Hoenn and Kanto, with a bridge to Johto, a few have established a town called New Johto over at the end of the bridge, but Team Rocket owns this turf and won't let you through.
-TEAMS:-
Team Aqua - Team Aqua wants water to be splasshed over the earth, and leave it to Archie to have a new base in a watery area with part over and part under water, the Aquas are catching fish pokemon in hopes for Cipher's PokeTalk project to run through so that they can force these pokemon to tell them where
the legendary waters such as Kyogre and WauterLilly, will they leave for good if defeated?
Team Magma - Team Magma has exactly the opposite plans of aqua, but does that make them your allies? Of course not! These guys have established
a base in the desert leaving large traps to catch Groudon or Landhit. Can you
get some help and possibly get into this lair and maybe force Maxie to let down on his dream?
Team Rocket - Team Rocket doesn't do much until you have the Johto expansion, available through phone and computer order. Team Rocket makes one more appearance before that though, they're blocking the way to Johto. They can also be seen plotting, but will run away before you get to battle them.
Cipher - Cipher never makes really any appearances except for on the S.S. Cancer and the Shadow Perfection Lab in Blackrock Town.
Team Snagem - Two different looking grunts appear in a pokemon competition
building and then a small square of 8 stand around in Grasstick Valley and get
yelled at by the PokePolice for it.
PokePolice, Navy Circle - These guys are on your side, they help you after you battle Team Magma and send the grunts to them, but after the Shadow Perfection Incedent, They refuse to help until you get more prisoners in, get the Important Notes from Dock in Oldendale Town, that'll cause 2 Rocket Grunts to fall into prison, but how do you get the 5 magma grunts?
PokePolice, Semi-Navy Region - These guys don't really care, some may help you after Snagem's plan goes through, but some are just bored.
Sailor's Crew - Their base, a ship, their goal, the shore, these guys are your friends, especially after you save Monty from Magma and Aqua.
Team Shadow C - Team Shadow C -- Does that mean there's an A and B? Or... does that C mean Cipher? This team is led by Vance, an original Rocket Admin, and have tons of shadow pokemon.
Team Dragon - Not your allies, not your enemies, they just want Dragons to rule, half of them will hate and battle you, half will respect you.
Team Shadow Minor - These Guys are right next to Team Shadow C, Shadow Minor, led by Shady Bill, they don't have many members, just the Shadow 5, Admin Mark and Miror B. along with Trudly and Folly.

The Region and The Surrounding Areas, what happens?
You begin in the Pyrre Region, and fight the 5 Gyms around the land, and the other three that teams Aqua, Magma and Dragon have set up. After this, walk up to Sailor Luis and Old Man Verrick, they stand before the water at the edge of this place and are waiting for you to come and visit the Elite Four, along with the champion, Lovrina.
Next, after that you get sent to either Hoenn or Kanto, fight through this, and get to the end gym and then over to the Elite Four, same in the other one, and if you succeed... you will gain fabulous prizes and access to ROCKET CITY! There is a door with a mechanical sliding door blocking it, if you obtain a Jirachi Card, which can only be obtained by owning the Johto expansion, you can go through here and get to Rocket Mansion and the Rockets, you also can get past Team Rocket in Johto!
