One of the games i believed was one of the greatest ideas was Pokemon Snap!
I was so used to the idea that Pokemon were designed to being for combat. Playing Pokemon Yellow. It didn't feel like there wasn't any other side of Pokemon other than battling. So when Pokemon Snap! came out, it was a very interesting idea. I gave it a chance and saw a whole new side of Pokemon. Pokemon in their nature.
One of the biggest things that i got to see were starter Pokemon and seeing more than one. That's something i don't normally see in the games. I thought it was also informative on how the Pokemon act in the nature and what environments they lived in.
But even after all that, it wasn't perfect, you didn't see all 151 Pokemon from Gen 1. Sure, you saw all the legendaries, but it wasn't enough (or at least i think all the legendaries were there, i don't remember Mewtwo). It was limited by a railing, which made it feel more like a theme park more than exploring.
WHAT I WOULD LIKE ON A REMAKE/REBOOT:
1.More options to explore:
Instead of being restricted by a railing, be limited by time instead. It still gives us the urgency to look and find things while at the same time having freedom to explore where you like. Some Pokemon can reveal themselves in certain queues. Also having the option to switch from third/first person.
I was also thinking of more areas and more ways to explore areas such as able to swim underwater. I also thought it would be
2.All Gen 1 Pokemon
Have all of gen 1 Pokemon would definitely make it up to me because there are so many Pokemon in Gen 1 that i still don't fully understand. I would like to see a meteor hit the ground in the night and see a Cleffairy. Or a Cubone crying over the death of his mother. I especially would like to see Ghost Pokemon as well. Another option i would like to see the relationship between multiple Eevees where they evolve to another type such as a Vaporeon, Flareon interacting with an Eevee.
3.More Options to interact with Pokemon
Feeding the Pokemon, playing music, and a stink bomb is nice, but it would be nice to have certain options to attract certain Pokemon types. Perhaps have a "shop" to getting those options is nice. Scuba diving to see water Pokemon or a Silph Scope to see certain ghost Pokemon as well. And many other options.
4.Photo editing options and better photo gallery options
not much to say about this one. i would just like that options. adding captions, speech bubbles. etc. stuff that makes it funny and stuff.
