Pokemon SP 19

I got Pokemon SP book19, but I'm sort of confused...
It has Reyquaza on the cover, but Rayquaza doesn't appear in the comic.
Is it suppost to be those "fore-shadowing" things? Or does Rayquaza appear, but I didn't notice?

Woot, got vol 20 today :) .... OK, I can't believe that Mitsuru hasn't actually awoken Rayquaza yet...

chuang yi has said it estimates it will publish book 20 in english this OCTOBER 2005. thats like 6 months away :(
