    Pokemon Spawning Issue 😔😓

    So i hope someone can relate to what i am about to say because no one seems to be able to help me! Since day one Pokemon Go launched in my country and i created a pokemom trainer club account nearby pokemon do not spawn on the map. Like i know i am standing on a pokemon since 3 of friends are catching it at the same spot at the same time but i cannot see it, and yes i can see it in my nearby pokemons. I have to completely close the game and relaunch it and they will just be there. And i know it is not a phone thing because if someone logs in their PTC account on my phone it works fine, pokemons spawn as they walk! Please help, i have been trying to find a solution for nearly a month but i just can't!
     
    Yes i have activated my account i honestly dont knownwhat to do i tried emailing them but they passed my mail to an unmonitored inbox, ugh, thanks everyone for your help :)
     
    Well at first i didn't mind and i reached level 16 now and i don't really want to make a new account :/ (i know that was my fault)
