Pokemon Special and PiPiPi

Do you notice that PiPiPi have at least one "side note" on every chapter, unlike Pokemon Special?

its very "cute" its mostly about this girl named hazel and her rivel coconut (who looka ALOT like blue and yellow from Pokemon SPecial) who both are inlove with this boy named Almond, and they all have pokemon.... thairs more than that to the plot though....
