Spira Region

History
The Spira Region Lies, Very Close to Hoen. Many Years ago these two Regions were known as Spiroen. These region was inhabitted with Pokemon from all other regions. It was the region wchich was borning best trainers ever. But one day brave trainer Albertyo went to capture the Pokemon wchich was the builder of those two regions, adn builder of only pass between those two now separated regions. That Pokemon Spirilud was living underwater in the place wchich now is called Dewford Cave. Once Albertyo got to that mystery Pokemon, he awakened it with amber harp. He used all his Pokemon to capture it but, he wasn't strong enough to capture it. He failed. As a punishment for human race, Spirilud separated those two regions with the Jungle with the cave with his guardians at the end of jungle. The same is in dewfrods cave. There is mysterious keeper who don't allow even the best trainers to go to the other region.
Heroses
In this part our heroses is Matthew the boy who come from Kanto. He is a kung fu fighter. And Lilly from Hoen, wchich is as sweet as rare candy.
Villians
Here we will have to fight one more time with Team rocket and their new chief Giovani.JR, Massimo Co., new PokeAccesories producer, wchich is putting Dark implants into his pokeballs and potions. Our hardest enemy will be Guardians, who won't allow us to get into Hoen Region.
Friendly NPC
Enriko-The really fat guy who's only dream is to have a friend. When we show him our tru friendship, he will give us one of his 3 Pokemon(starters). His best friend is Eevee, wchich was his only friend. When Enriko will be close to die, Eevee will evolve in his newest form.
Serena-The cuttest girl in whole region. She is winning all beauty contests. She fell in love in our character. Don't matter wchich sex is it.
Profesor Oak-Yeah you know this guy and you know that he was very usefull in all parts. This time he will fall into great trouble, because of Massimo Co.
Ricku-The Emo, pizza deliver. He is our characters best friend. Once he was delivering Pizza he got to a strange profesor who didn't have any money to pay for pizza and gave him PokeLogy(Pokedex). Once Ricku breaks, his work bike, he needs 1 Pokedolar more to buy new one for chief. He will give us PokeLogy for that 1 Pokedolar.

I don't think about adding any. Only will make some very important key items

1. It's impossible to include all the regions in a Pokemon ROM, there just isn't enough space.
2. You can't include that many new Pokemon, and still have all the old. Again, its a matter of ROM space.
3. They are called Scripters, not programmers ;P

Yeah ok so here are anserws to your questions.
1&2: I taught that if its on computer i can put as many as i want. But im still only good spriter and coordinator :) If there won't be enough space i have an idea that after finishindg two regions our character will be attacked by that legendary, will lost all his pokemons mind and will wake up for example in johto, then will come to kanto and to enter sinnooh he would have to leave his old pokemon and get new one there because of govornment argue between kanto and sinnoh :)
3: Ok i will change it
4: I think that i will want to base it on emerald. I have found a guy who will animate all sprites. And i think there are good textures.
