I'm not too sure if X Defend and any items involved in the Pokemon Game even qualify themselves to be a type of "steroids" to begin with... ahem...

Well, I think I will agree with Iveechan on this one! It may just be different kind's of chemicals and suger to boast the pokemon's performance!

I never thought of the X items as Steroids either, although I do tend to refer to boosting stats with Protien and such as "drugging up"?

I think the only thing in the games that slightly resembles steroids is that Carbos,HP Up, and things like that.
