Pokemon TCG Badges??

I found these on ebay and was wondering if anyone knows anything about them. The seller says they were given out in a TCG tournament. Anyone know what store? so I can figure out why I wasn't there when this was happening so many years ago...I'll probably buy a set regardless. Theyre cheap and I've been buying old pokemon toys on ebay and amazon lately like its my job :nervous:

They are just from any hobby league store before Wizards of the Coast lost their rights to sell Pokemon merchandise and before TPC became sole distributor. They aren't from any 1 specific store as I remember getting at least 2 back when Pokemon was fairly large down here in Louisiana.

We never made it past Cascade Badge though XD.
