i dont think he means it loads in 22 seconds. I think he means that he made the 22 second flashing part black and white

Aww, its in Japanese lol.. I guess its ok.. But you can always try one of the channels on IRC they have encodes of the new AGs and PA's.
 
i got it off of #e_f after 2 3daysXP i turned it into low quality so dial up users can get it...
