ok, so i have been reading online and almost everywhere i look and read about all 5 generation of pokemon games so far, i see that the storyline for G,S,C and SS,HG are set 3 years after the events of FireRed, LeafGreen, Blue,Yellow,Green,Red, etc etc.
sooo.. i am wondering.. what is the story timeline for this?
    is it
    1st gen,
    3 years later
    2nd gen
    3rd gen
    4th gen
    5th gen?
or how is this? i really appreciate your answers.!! TYIA

but thank you for redirecting me. i really appreciate it.

From what I understand, the events of Gen I and III take part at the same time.
Generations II and IV take place at the same time, three years after
Generation V takes place a few years after Generations II and IV.

    sooo.. if i understood right.
    gen 1 and 3
    3 years later
    2 and 4
    a couple years later
    5
    ??

That's right. It's under the contemporary history part of that link that I linked you.

Great. I'll have to lock this thread now. This forum is used for questions about the forums, so in the future use this forum for things like that. Glad I could help you out, though! :)

Oops. Nah, it's not bad. But it's not good either. It's more indifferent than anything, but we need to lock threads that are out of place or don't have a place to keep things nice and orderly. The only bad things are breaking the rules and getting infractions for that, but you don't have to worry about that. I don't give infractions. :P
