Plot
A team of people named T.O.P.A.Z. (Tour Of Pokemon And Zen) have come to the world of pokemon. They have come to challenge every pokemon trainer, leader, anyone, to be the Pokemon Topazlord. The Topazlord is the leader of the Topaz members. Every year, a new Topazlord leader is appointed. There are 15 people called the Dukes of Pokemon. There are like leaders but there are different types.

Normal Dukes
-Normal Gym leader like people with 6 pokemon to battle with.

Ranger Dukes
-A duke who uses the pokemons ability to battle.

Zen Dukes
-People who battle with one pokemon with one attack only. In complete silence, they use telekinises and the opponent must also learn telekinises with there pokemon.

You must defeat 5 of each Duke because there are 5 of each duke. When you defeat 5 of each duke you do to the Champion Round. In the Champion Round there are an unknown number of trainers there, because the Topaz members don't know how many people have defeated the 15 dukes. If no one defeats the 15 Dukes. The Topazlord picks three people who were the closest to defeating the Dukes. In the Champion round, people have to battle each other. The Champion Round is also like an elimination round.

Background: Skylark is a young boy from the Rairey Region (From Pokemon Rain) and he has a very determend min and an amazing Milotic.
