Pokemon Trainer Guess Game

    My grand kids have this game and once the pokemon ball guesses the right pokemon the player chose and the player says "yes" the ball doesn't add the pokemon to the player s electronic collection. We've tried resetting it and doing the game over and over but it won't add the pokemon to the collection. Any help?
