Articuno vs Regice is a pretty unfair match-up. Regice learns Thunderbolt and is resistant to Ice. And Articuno's movepool isn't exactly the best either. =\ Besides, Articuno is meant to be a wall (To some extent.), cleric or/and phazer.

Regice is the obvious winner. But I still think it's pretty unfair. <.<

Dunsparce vs Stantler
 
Stomp is a horrible move, so why would Stantler win because of that? O_O

Anyway...

I'd say Jynx. It can put Mr.mime to sleep with Lovely Kiss, then pwn it with Ice Beam.

Spinda vs Aipom
 
Bulbasaur. Treecko has absolutely nothing to deal serious damage to Bulbasaur with, while Bulbasaur can just throw STABed Sludge Bombs at it.

Roselia vs Tangela
 
Uh... Roselia I guess.

Marowak vs Lanturn
 
I'd say Marowak. Lanturn has a pretty low Defense stat and a couple of hits from a Bonemerang or two Earthquakes is enough to beat it. And I'm pretty sure Marowak could survive one Surf from Lanturn.

Trapinch VS Abra
