[Other] Pokemon White Starter change

Hi I'm after a simple hack to change Pokemon White's starter from Tepig to Charmander. I'm aware that there's a tool to change staters quite simply, but I would like for the sprites and text in the selection screen to be changed too like so

To seems to be a bigger challenge so I am happy to pay a small fee for someone to do it, or provide detailed step by step instructions.
