Sorry if I spell anything wrong.. >.> I am used to having a spell checker on my own computer and right now using a substitute.

Okay here is my team, I really need some help because right now I am failing against Elite Four and do want a good team to help me finish the game as well as just going through the post game.

Durant (Has Lucky Egg) Lv. 40 (Just got it to see if it improved my team)
    Ability is Hustle
    Nature is Bashful
(The Moves are the set ones from when I caught Durant)
    Metal Claw - Move 1
    Bug Bite - Move 2
    Crunch - Move 3
    Iron Head - Move 4

    Simipour (Has Scope Lens)
    Ability is Gluttony
    Nature is Hardy
    Acrobatics - Move 1
    Cut - Move 2
    Scald - Move 3
Shadow Claw - Move 4 (Mainly to counter some of the Elite Four)

    Serperior (Has Miracle Seed)
    Ability is Overgrow
    Nature is Naughty
Dragon Tail - Move 1 (Any ideas as I really feel Dragon Tail isn't helping much)
Grass Pledge - Move 2 (New Move which replaced Leaf Tornado)
    Leaf Blade - Move 3
    Giga Drain - Move 4

    Boldore (Has no item)
    Ability is Sturdy
    Nature is Lonely
    Bulldoze - Move 1
    Stone Edge - Move 2
    Power Gem - Move 3
    Rock Slide - Move 4

    Darmanitan (Has no item)
    Ability is Sheer Force
    Nature is Lax
    Flare Blitz- Move 1
    Overheat - Move 2
Fire Fang - Move 3 (My favourite move just because it usually KO's opponents)
    Hammer Arm - Move 4

Cinccino (Has no item) (I would like to replace this Pokemon because it doesn't bring that much to the team)
    Ability is Technician
    Nature is Bashful
    Doubleslap - Move 1
    Retaliate - Move 2
    Swift - Move 3
    Sing - Move 4

Please help if you can.. suggest stuff and what not.

I've found that really almost any arrangement of 6 can get you through the game, however, my PERSONAL strategy is to insure that I have AT LEAST one attack from EACH type in my team and if possible not to have more than one STAB move per type unless they work out as battling an opponent who offers one of their weaknesses. Also try and have your team fulfill certain roles (special sweeper, physical wall, etc.)

I've been experimenting with teams since I beat the Elite 4 the first time, and have since sent a few of my old pokémon from Platinum over to White, and have formed a Ghost/Dark team. Despite my team having traits in common with each other, I have:

    Darkrai:
    Dark Void
    Dram Eater
    Ice Beam
    Dark Pulse

    Hydreigon:
    Fly
    Earthquake
    Dragon Pulse
    Flamethrower

    Gengar:
    Confuse Ray
    Shadow Ball
    Sludge Bomb
    Thunderbolt

    Cofagrigus:
Calm Mind (thinking about changing this to Protect)
    Toxic
    Hex
    Psychic

    Weavile:
    Night Slash
    Brick Break
    Metal Claw
    X-Scissor

    Jellicent:
    Surf
    Energy Ball
    Shadow Ball
    Hidden Power (Rock)

See how Gengar is my special sweeper, Weavile is a physical attacker, and Cofagrigus is my wall (he really does have an impressive DEF score)? Also, make use of moves like Hypnosis and Confuse Ray, they can really help.

Not sure if it really helps you citing a purely personal example, but that's what I got for ya. Good Luck!

Just a quick few notes, and as for the horrible natures I'm just gonna be brief as it is an in-game team.
Firstly, no need for the 3 fire moves on your darmanitan, get rid of one of the physical ones for something that provides your team with some more coverage, i.e. earthquake, and also it has NO sp.atk so replace overheat with something like stone edge or payback. Also it has good speed so replace hammer arm for brick break.

Cinccino is lame unless you give it decent TM's or egg moves, so if you want to carry on using that one, use return/retaliate instead of doubleslap, give it toxic/thunder wave over swift, rock blast over sing unless you don't mind the 55% accuracy, and fill the last slot with something like facade. But generally Cinccino's movepool sucks.

Boldore? You should get someone to evolve that for you. And as for it's moves, I would run something like :
    Stone Edge
    Earthquake/Bulldoze
    Autotomize/Rock Polish
    Explosion/Toxic/Iron Defense/Protect

Serperior is very good in-game, but you have a nature which reduces it's speed so your kinda taking away some of its potential. Maybe run:
    Leafe Blade
    Giga Drain/Energy Ball/Grass Knot
    Aerial Ace/Dragon Tail
    Leech Seed

Your Simipour isn't TOO bad, but get rid of cut for Ice Beam and also consider using Dig to counter those electric pokemon who give it a hard time like zebstrika, although remember a lot of 5th gen electrics have counters to ground i.e subtypes or levitate.

With Durant, firstly get it up a few levels, and also swap Bug Bite for X scissor and get rid of metal claw for Rock Slide or Shadow Claw or even Aerial Ace, depending on what areas need covering.

Finally, if this is an in-game team, why not use Zekrom or catch some other legendary like coablion/thundorus/tornadus to push Cinccino or one of your other weaker pokemon out of the team?
