No EVs, so this can't be rated by competitive standards. Moving to the In-Game forum.

I suggest your lead pokemon being one that can use Stealth Rock. Search on Smogon for the best Stealth Rock Leads. Azelf and Swampert are my two favorties. SR can be really helpful.

I also suggest EV training. I can help with movesets, however.

    For Houndoom
    Item: Life Orb
    -Nasty Plot
    -Flamethrower
    -Dark Pulse
    -Embargo/Roar
Nasty Plot increases your Sp.Atk which also increases the effectivness of your two STAB moves, Flamethrower and Dark Pulse. Embargo can be useful to prevent things like Leftovers or other berrys being used. And Roar can scout your opponent's team, and if you decide to use Stealth Rock, Roar can rack up damage from that.

Your Sceptile has much higher Sp.Atk, so use more special moves. Alteratively you can provide for a Mixed set. Here's a better moveset for a mixed Sceptile:
    Item: Life Orb
    -Leaf Blade
    -Synthesis
    -Earthquake
    -Dragon Pulse
Leaf Blade for STAB and high Critical Hits, Sythesis recovers and heals Life Orb damage, Earthquake destroys Fire types, and Dragon Pulse hits every type except Steel for at least Nuetral damage.

Gyarados is an awesome powerhouse, and a good phyiscal attacker. It can also serve as a decent bulky pokemon. You need a much better nature, though. Adamant or Jolly would work best. Here's a pretty standard Gyarados moveset:
    Item: Leftovers
    -Dragon Dance
    -Earthquake
    -Ice Fang
    -Waterfall
Waterfall for STAB and flinching, Ice Fang to hit Dragons, and Earthquake destroys your Electric weakness.

Snorlax is a horrible attacker, but it makes for a much better defensive pokemon. Why not use it as a status absorber? Here's a better moveset for Snorlax:
    Item: Leftovers
    -Body Slam
    -Crunch
    -Rest
    -Sleep Talk
Rest+Sleep Talk allows you to recover damage while still being able to attack. Body Slam gives you a chance at paralysis and Crunch hits Ghosts immune to Body Slam.

Salamence has been moved to Ubers for a while, which is generally forbidden in standard competitve batltling. Dragonite does it's job just as well, however. Here's a moveset for Salamence if you want to use it, however:
    Item: Life Orb/Lum Berry
    -Dragon Dance
    -Outrage
    -Earthquake
    -Fire Blast/Flamethrower
DD raises your attack and Outrage for STAB. Earthquake hits your rock weakness and Fire Blast or Flamethrower destroys any Steel types you might run into.

As far as Gengar, my only suggetion is replacing Destiny Bond with Focus Blast. No pokemon can resist both Shadow Ball and Focus Blast.

Hope I helped. As before, I suggest you EV train your team, and get a Stealth Rock-er there. Since a lot of wi-fi players will switch their pokemon in and out depending on type matchups, Stealth Rock can rack up quite a bit of damage.
