There is no official world map. There are a few fan-made ones, though, and people frequently bicker over the inaccuracies.
The entire Pokémon world is full of question marks. There are numerous references to locations and animals of the real Earth, yet Junichi Masuda clearly stated the Pokémon world is not to be thought of as our planet. Sometimes NPCs will talk about other regions, migrating to and from other regions, but they never really specify geography or modes of transportation.
Then you also have to compare games, anime, manga, etc. Not even those media sources can agree on everything.
