    Welcome to Pokecommunity!

And no, it's not possible on Android. I conjecture that (if you knew a bunch of computer-y stuff) it may possible with the following steps:

1: Homebrew your DS with Luma CFW.
2: Do the steps outlined here to prepare your existing 3DS (assuming you have one...) to stream to your computer (also assuming you have one...).
3: Install an application that lets you stream (at a decent speed) your computer to your Android device.
4: Via a 3DS Homebrew application that I don't remember the name of, reroute the input of some Bluetooth device, through your computer, to your 3DS.
5: Attach this controller to your phone somehow.

I wrote all that, but if you don't have a 3DS with the game, it's all pointless ^^
In other words, you're better off just getting the game and a 3DS.

even thought is off topic but i appreciate your help
and thanks for the warm welcome
