Overall, the game had a pretty awesome storyline. Some of the pokemon from diamond and pearl returned, and the pokemon from black and white were introduced.

What I really liked about this game is that you could play with three other pokemon besides pikachu, which really gives you an oportunity to imerse yourself into the storyline better. The storyline sort of "forces" you to do a certain task with a certain pokemon.

In addition, the music was awesome as always. There are more themes for certain activities like chase and battle. The awesome thing about the music is that the battle theme changes depending on the size, the character and how far you are in the game. Instead of just a single classical style theme, the themes range from rock to techno in battles.

As far as the skill games, the goals of each game are laid out in a simple way for people to understand. However, the "Dancing Inferno" lags a bit, which affects your score and timing. Every time I have tried this game, I dance the actions at the perfect time, yet it still says I am late. That's a downside. The upside is that the highscores are preset, and you do not have to play with pokemon who do not affect the storyline (AKA friends).

One unique thing I found when playing the game and advancing, when I got to a depressing part of the game, the theme you hear when it is loading, is usually in a major key (G major to be precise) it changes to G minor.

The cutscenes are amazing. I almost cried when Pikachu was all alone in PokePark with no one to play with (I swear! I really did!).

Overall, the game was well constructed and the interaction between the player and the game is excellent.
