Matty and Jay walked down to the lab talking about what pokemon they wanted. "I want a Bulbasaur she explained. I love their cute little plants on their back!" "Well, I want to get a Charmander he said. I really think they are cool pokemon and I love fire types." Just at the end of his sentence, they had reached the lab. They knocked the door and waited. "Coming!" Prof. Oak opened the door. "Come for your first pokemon? he asked. Both of them nodded. Come on in!" They walked down to the very back of the lab. Everywhere you looked you could see thousands of pokeballs. "First of all, what are your names?" He asked. "Im Matty Reid." "Im Jaylee Walker."
The prof. shook their hands. "Ok Matty, what pokemon would you like?" "Uh, a Chamander please." " Charmander? well, that is a pretty hard pokemon for beginners...most people would like to start with an easy pokemon like bulbasaur...but if you insist" He reached and got a pokeball and handed it to Matty. "Oh thank you so much!" he replied "And you?" He pointed at Jay. "Bulbasaur please." she replied. "Oh I am so sorry but we are out of Bulbasaur's sine so many trainers wanted an easy pokemon to start with...." Jay looked sad. "Oh thats ok...do you happen to have any pikachu's?" The prof. looked along down the endless aisles of pokeballs. He grabbed one, then handed it to Jay. Jay looked excited. Prof. Oak then handed the two of them a pokedex. Matty and Jay left the lab saying thank you to the prof. and they headed off. "I cant believe it! I have a charmander! He yelled out loud.
