[Battle] POKERED - How to add 100% chance of side effects? (like Bulldoze or Rock Tomb?)

    Hi, just a quick question on the pokered disassembly:

    Moves that have a chance of lowering the opponents stats (like Bubblebeam) have a fixed chance of happening (33% i think).

    I want to make moves that have a 100% chance of lowering a specific stat (like Bulldoze or Icy Wind). If anyone can explain how to add that i game, i would appreciate it.
